on your growing family! This is such a special time in your life. The expression “A baby changes everything” really is true! There is so much to learn and so much to make ready. In addition to the happiness and excitement you feel as you prepare for the arrival of your new little one, you may also feel a bit anxious and overwhelmed. This is normal. Bringing a new baby into your family is a leap of faith into the unknown. You have no way of knowing what it will really be like until you are there.
